After many years of waiting, Eagle has access to the beautiful greenbelt which runs along the Boise River and extends to the east side of Boise to Lucky Peak Reservoir. Looking for Biking options? Visit the challenging bike trails in the Eagle Foothills that connect to the Boise foothills. Sports enthusiasts enjoy endless basketball, soccer, football, basketball, lacrosse and my all-time favorite….baseball! Watch a T-ball game or the defending 5-A State Champions at "Eagle Yard". The Eagle mountain bike and BMX park is 85 acres in the foothills. There are multiple trails for mountain biking and bike riders of all abilities will enjoy the open trails, beginner, intermediate and expert jumps, a pump track, skill lines, dual slaloms, a 4-cross trail with a BMX race track. A scooter and skate park is by the parking area. The Eagle Bike Park is open from 8:00am to sunset year round. What makes Eagle so special?
As you can tell, I have a passion for this town, I’ve had the opportunity to live here all my life and watch it grow from the sleepy town with a lumberyard and drugstore to a thriving community where I enjoy raising my family, dining out, shopping, bike riding, running and my all-time favorite….watching Baseball while living in one of best states in the west.
